This was a wonderful apartment conveniently located to the convention center. The apartment was meticulously clean and well stocked, everything you could possibly need was provided. Marc was a very gracious host, accommodating our delayed flights and late arrival. We were so delighted that we are looking forward to returning in a few weeks for another conference at the convention center!

Was in Seattle on business and had a great stay! Would definitely recommend Marc's place and the neighborhood. Was walking distance to many places on a quiet residential street but close enough to nightlife, downtown and restaurants in the area. I had all the comforts of home and amenities I needed including fast and reliable internet to get work done. The rooftop deck was also great to take advantage of at sunset. Marc was very accommodating and available if I needed anything. Thanks for everything, Marc!

The apartment was immaculate and has a very interesting bathroom with a whirlpool tub! I loved the view from the kitchen window. There are two empty closets in the bedroom for easy luggage storage and hang ups- and a very comfortable king bed. TV is in both the living room and bedroom. Nicely decorated. Totally uncluttered and colorful. The Link Metro system is about a ten minute walk depending on if I walked uphill or down (uphill to the apt, down to the Metro). The place is quiet for being so near the freeway. I did not have a car so cannot say how parking would have gone. It feels very safe walking to and from this neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped although I never prepared a meal there- I did reheat some food and sitting near the window was very nice.

This was our second rental of this fabulous apartment, we loved it so much the first time that we decided to rent it again when we had another conference at the convention center. Marc is fantastic to work with, everything you could possibly need is provided. He was wonderful to accommodate our late night arrival and called to make sure we had everything we needed. The place is meticulously kept and soooo convenient to the convention center. We would definitely return anytime we have the need to be in Seattle. Thanks Marc!

A beautiful, comfortable, and very clean condo in the heart of Seattle. Very comfortable bed, and all the amenities. Marc is kind, helpful, and available if you need him. If you're looking for a perfect Seattle get away, look no further. We hope to come back here!

Could hardly have been happier with this place. Great base from which to explore Seattle--easy walking distance to great eats and to the Light Link station, which makes it easy to experience all Seattle has to offer. Marc was an excellent host--knowledgeable, courteous, gracious, and quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this place to any Seattle-bound traveler.

Marc and John were extremely helpful in the arrival process, from communicating clearly and timely about our arrival, to explaining the unit and giving a full tour. They welcomed us warmly and offered any advice about Seattle that we could want. The condo was just as it appeared in the listing - comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The location is fabulous! We walked down to Pike Place Market in just a few minutes, and the fancy Starbucks Reserve store is just two block away. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhoods and were able to get around Seattle easily with a combination of walking, public transit, and Uber. Thank you for a great vacation!

Marc's place is very homey and I loved staying there. Washer and dryer is available and he provided all the things needed to wash clothes, etc. Plenty of other supplies for the kitchen and bathroom. These made the stay very easy for somebody who may not have brought all the supplies needed. Mark met us and was very hospitable. Location is close to many main attractions in downtown Seattle and give you a good walk (Pike's Market, KeyArena, museums).

This excellent condo was located steps from the convention center and accessible to downtown. Marc was wonderful, letting us in to a sparkling unit early in the day after our long flight. Everything was perfect and I would stay there again.

I stayed here during a conference, and it was my first trip to Seattle. Marc got in touch quickly and was easy to get ahold of, and gave us resources to explore town and get around. His place was perfectly clean, and it made it affordable for us to be able to have breakfast and snacks in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable and I slept great (which is rare for me when I travel - it was dark, cool, and quiet just as I needed). I did end up doing a load of laundry, which was very convenient after a week away from home. The penthouse apartment is bright and open, and exactly what we were looking for. Marc also went out of his way on my last morning in town to let me check out a bit later than expected so that I could go on an unanticipated mountain hike and still shower before leaving for the airport - that was very generous and was a great capstone to my fantastic Seattle trip. I would definitely recommend staying here, everything went perfect!

Marc and John met us on arrival and got us set up. The place is an amazingly convenient location to downtown being right off Pike St. It's actually adjacent to the conference center if that's what you are in town for. The apartment is very nice and clean and well furnished. Getting here from the airport is so easy, we rode the LINK directly from the airport and walked from Westlake Station like 10 minutes. No need to even bother renting a car.

This was an excellent place to stay to be close to a family member living nearby. Despite its downtown location, the apartment is very quiet. It was well-equipped and Marc made everything easy for us.

Very central location. There was lots of info and helpful comments in the unit. Liked the rooftop view of the city. Host was accessible so that our arrival and visit was seamless. I liked that the lodging was accurate in the description and pictures. within walking distance or public transit to most of the activities we enjoyed.

Marc was flexible when our arrival time changed and was friendly and very welcoming on arrival. Location was excellent! A few minutes to the convention center, Starbucks Reserve and about 5-10 minutes stroll to Pike Place Market. Apartment was clean, quiet and there was plenty of space. Would definitely recommend!

Marc was an excellent host and allowed an early check-in. The unit was in perfect condition and very clean. Sleeping was easy - very quiet building and minimal street noise. The bed was very comfortable too! Location was fantastic with easy walk to restaurants and the Public Market. I would definitely rent this space again for my next stay in Seattle.

We just spent a month in this apartment in Madison Park and enjoyed it so much. Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived. The king sized bed was super comfortable. I miss it! The kitchen was completely equipped which was important since I did a lot of cooking. It was very quiet. We hardly ever heard a sound at night. These are the most important things to us in a vacation rental but this apartment and the area went far beyond. Madison Park is a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It was so nice to be right across from the lake and only a couple of blocks from an amazing bakery, nice grocery store and lots of good restaurants. Marc, the owner, was always extremely helpful and quick to respond to any concern. When you stay here you have the best of Seattle. A lovely, quiet neighborhood but only a short drive over the hill to downtown. It is so much nicer to stay in a comfortable one bedroom apartment rather than a hotel room. I highly recommend this property.

Our recent visit to your Madison Park suite couldn't have been better. The location was so convenient to the village. We were able to walk to anything we needed. Your place was so well equipped. This property is very well maintained and in a great area of Madison Park. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance as well as the beach. The patio was delightful when it wasn't raining!! We rented this property for a weekend during which my daughter was getting married. She brought her wedding dress to the condo and got dressed there while her sisters and cousins arrived for pictures. Pictures at the condo and at the park across the street went well. We were able to drive to the venue for the wedding and the restaurant for the reception within 15 minutes. In fact, everywhere we wanted to go within the Seattle area was within 15-20 minutes. The owner was very helpful and we would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in the Swanky 1 bedroom in madison park. Mark was gracious, kind and everything was just great! the Westin's got nothing on Marc! The bed was dreamy and nights are totally quiet. The view of Lake Washington and the proximity to 2 beach parks, as well as fabulous restaurants nearby, make this truly a great stay! We'd love to come back!

This unit is so awesome that I am tempted to write a poor review just to improve my chances of being able to book it again during the busy summer months. It's as good as it sounds - clean, modern, and right near the water. The bed was comfortable and all the features of the unit work as expected. Marc was a great host. I can't think of anything I would change except for the occasional footsteps from the person living above the unit, which really weren't a problem, just a small imperfection in an otherwise perfect experience.

We were so pleased with the wonderful apartment and area! The apartment had everything we needed, and the location couldn't have been more perfect for our getaway. Marc was there onsite when we arrived, gave us some great tips to help us out while we were there. Convenient location, coupled with a super area right down the street for food and fun...we would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys quiet times and a slower pace. This is a great place to rent. The deck was nice to eat on morning, noon and night. Everything that you see in the pictures was delivered and nothing was misleading. This place is well worth the price. The neighborhood is quiet and in walking distance to the lake and restaurants and other shopping. The owner was very helpful and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well and to see if we had any problems.

We just left a few days ago after a month's stay at this property. We enjoyed it so much and wanted to book for 2017 sadly it went to quick. It is a gem. Marc (the owner/host), Anthony and Helen the onsite caretakers are all so very helpful with local information and anything that we needed during our stay. We never had any issues, so just great chats with them. The unit is just as you see it here in the pictures, no surprises. Clean and comfortable and updated. I am a bit picky so appreciated the hardwood floors as well as the leather sofa and chair. Great walkable area to the beach at Madison park, restaurants, market and of course Starbucks. The unit had an AC which we did use a couple of days and it cooled down nicely. The deck is large and a great spot for morning coffee, afternoon wine or to grill dinner on the provided gas grill. Nice view of Lake Washington. Downtown and other local attractions all close, 15 minutes by car or the bus is right there. Anyway we can't say enough about this place. If you are lucky to snag it you will definitely enjoy your stay.

Close to Lake Washington, this compact apartment is away from Seattle traffic and noise but 2 blocks from a charming neighborhood center, Madison Park. It was clean and tidy with a well-stocked kitchen - sharp knives, unlike many places. Cute pocket patio in front is pleasant for morning coffee. Nice to have actual king size bed and there are two closets. Friendly owner lives in this two-story building and was available to answer our questions. Note: the #11 bus goes directly into heart of downtown, runs every 15 min., takes about 25 min. Avoids traffic and $$ parking. We plan to return for another "get-away" stay.

We were lucky to find this unit for our first trip to the Seattle area. We wanted a place that was clean, quiet, more spacious than a hotel, with a usable kitchen, & conveniently located. The unit met all these criteria. Like people on dating sites, not all vacation rentals live up to their photos, but this one did. Everything was in perfect working order, from kitchen to bathroom to keypad-equipped front door. The off-street parking was a plus for us, as was the on-site laundry facility. The bed & couch were both comfortable, & we did not have that icky feeling of sleeping in a stranger's room. Since we were in town for a week, it was handy to have 2 separate closets in the bedroom. Marc was extremely helpful & responsive, from our first contact to the day of our departure. Added bonuses: the gardens outside were lovely (many plants in bloom & all well-tended); the neighborhood & nearby park make for good strolling; & the lake across the street adds tranquility.

We were BLESSED to find this beautiful lakeside suite! It was perfect for us on our first journey to Seattle! This outstanding property was very clean, quiet, spacious, and had a great kitchen. Marc's place was everything our three-person family as looking for in Seattle. Clean, hypo-allergenic, and spacious for the area, it exceeded all expectations. We took advantage of the kitchen a few times, opened the windows for some fresh air, and would decompress by hanging out in the living space each night and using the wifi. Marc communicates clearly about his expectations and made the whole process really easy; he is a true professional.

Marc was very well at communicating before and after our stay. The apartment was in a great location and had all we needed for our stay. For people new to the city, it was great to be able to walk around to different restaurants/bars in the area. Very comfortable apartment for the four of us! Highly recommend and hope to be back!

This place was great. Marc met us when it was convenient for our schedule and showed us everything we needed to know. The apartment is just a block from the convention center and walking distance to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. We loved being close to everything but still having our own space with a kitchen and washer/dryer.

We really enjoyed staying at Marc's apartment. It was in a great location; close to the centre of town and within easy walking distance of a large number of bars & restaurants, and even a small supermarket! The apartment was well equipped, and exactly as described. Perfect for our 5 nights in Seattle. Marc was incredibly helpful. When the airline I was travelling with lost my bag, Marc provided his phone number as a contact, and accepted delivery of the bag, placing it in the apartment for when I returned later. This service was above and beyond my expectations, and meant that I didn't lose a day of my holiday. I would definitely return to Marc's apartment if I was visiting Seattle again, and I'd gladly recommend it to my friends.

We were very fortunate arriving earlier than expected and Marc was there waiting for us and the apartment was super clean and it had all towels and soap and amenities and coffee, spices and paper towels. Even laundry detergent was provided. Could not ask for a kinder host. Location is also very practical as you have a BIG supermarket up the street and the one and only flagship Starbuck store 2 blocks up, a must see. It takes about 10 minutes by foot going down to reach the water, easy. Lots of restaurants all around. This apartment and location is the best.

We had a last minute decision to come to Seattle for our anniversary and were excited to find a nice place to stay. Marc was very friendly and quick to respond to any communication. When we arrived Marc was there to meet us at the condo. The place was very nice and clean and has a great view. It is a few blocks from the public market but not a bad walk at all. It is also near the monorail to the Space needle and major shopping center. For the most part we walked everywhere and didn't need to make use of cabs or Uber. It is near the highway, but with the windows closed it was very quiet. We actually kept the windows open most of the time and the noise was not bad at all. We were only there for a couple days so did not take full use of the kitchen. It seemed to have everything you would need to make a dinner, but that was not the kind of trip we were on, so we only used the fridge. There are two small markets nearby, but if you were really stocking a kitchen you might need to go a little further. Again, not on our agenda, so I'm not sure how far away that would be. We would stay here again.

Marc's place is brilliant...and so is Marc! The apartment was the perfect place for us to explore Seattle from and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is spotlessly clean, feels completely safe and secure, and is really convenient for all major attractions. It also has the added bonus of being really close to a nice little restaurant area just up the hill which we took advantage of two out of five of the nights we had in the city. Marc was my absolute hero on check out day as I managed to leave a bunch of my clothes in the closet, which he quickly found and let me know about, and then he put them in an Uber and sent them down to the sea plane terminal for me. Hero! Thanks, Marc, for a great stay.

Marc was a great host. The apartment was well located between Capitol Hill and Downtown and was clean and comfortable. Marc was incredibly responsive letting us leave our bags their before he was done turning over the apartment and at the end of the stay before heading to the airport. He keeps the place is great condition and it is close to many good restaurants, coffee shops, and tourist attractions. 4 of us stayed there and it was close quarters with one bathroom but a great space. It was a little loud with windows open as it is over the highway, but overall a very pleasant experience!

Marc wan John were absolutely amazing and sooooo super nice! Had great/prompt communication and were extremely accomodating with last minute changes (adding additional people to our stay), as well as allowing us to house our luggage at the property slightly past the check-out time as our flight didn't leave until later in the afternoon. The property was beautifully located in the midst of everything...and catching a bus or train was incredibly easy from this location. Will definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Seattle!!!

This was a great apartment to stay in only minutes from the Convention Center. We were able to walk to anywhere in the city. The apartment is very nicely kept and has everything you need. The description is very accurate and the pictures are truly representing how the space is. We loved the big windows with the beautiful view of downtown Seattle and enjoyed going up to the rooftop for even greater views. Marc was away but Anthony was our host and he was very quick to respond to us any time. He even checked in with us to make sure everything is ok and if we needed anything. Thank you for the great apartment and service for our stay. I highly recommend this place and will keep it in mind for our future visits to Seattle.

First and foremost, superb location. Easy walk to downtown, easy walk to Capitol Hill and dozens of restaurants. Marc was a great host with prompt and helpful communications plus a personal check-in. Apartment was super. Roomy, spotless, comfortable, great bed, lots of hot water, fast internet. We loved Seattle and would definitely stay at Marc's place again.

Marc was diligent about communicating with me to ensure that I had a welcoming arrival. He accommodated and early check in and late checkout, which I greatly appreciated. He contacted me several days in advance to plan this out and ensure I knew how to find the building. The location is fantastic - close to downtown business district and nearby eateries. It's in walking distance to just about anything and felt safe and inviting. I highly recommend the unit.

The 2 Bedroom Chic Penthouse Convention Condo was in an ideal location not only to the convention center but many other area restaurants and attractions. Marc was a wonderful host who provided excellent communication prior, during, and following the trip. I happen to have left some things at the condo, and he was great about getting in contact with me to have them shipped back to my home. Like a said, he was a wonderful host. The interior of the condo had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Of note, Mac has a drinking water filtration system which has some of the best water I've tasted. It was a wonderful perk. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was quiet. We enjoyed being close to the Starbucks Roastery and Tasting Room. It's a must see! All in all, I would recommend this condo to visitors of Seattle who want to stay in a comfortable and nice place close to downtown and near great food and coffee.

Came into Seattle for a convention, and this was an incredible place to sleep and relax during our stay in Seattle. Marc was incredibly friendly, and was very accommodating with our arrival situation. We'll definitely be checking the availability of here first the next time we visit!"

Marc was a great host. He was friendly and responsive, checking on us throughout the visit. He upgraded us to his brand new Deluxe condo. It was fabulous, clean and well decorated with everything we needed. This included a full kitchen stocked with every type of dish. pan, and utensil needed for cooking. In the bedroom the king size bed was very comfortable and on the deck we enjoyed watching the clouds roll by.

Marc was great. He was very quick to reply to any emails. The pictures really are what you get. What you don't see but that the description says, is how phenomenal the neighborhood is. A lot of great shops, restaurants, and the lake is super close. It is also only about a 15 minute drive from all of downtown(Space Needle, Pikes, Etc). If you are looking for a great setting and a quiet stay this is the spot for you!

Marc was in touch as we were arriving and indicated how to get to his place. A very peaceful and quiet neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants to s\chose from . He met us on arrival and showed us in . A very comfortable and complete and well furnished apartment with everything. Turned out to be the best choice for us. We both like to cook our own food. And cook we did. Marc gave us easy tips on how to get around.

I really enjoyed my time in downtown Seattle - largely due to staying here! The location was AMAZING - I was able to walk everywhere. I was less than 5 minutes from the convention center (where I was attending a conference), there were several restaurants and bars within just a few blocks, and then the Pike Fish Market was about 10 minutes away. Marc was absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the entire process!

Marc (the owner) was very responsive and was waiting for us when we arrived. He spent time showing us around and made sure that we knew how everything worked. Being on the 15th floor, we had a nice view of the city. The location was very convenient and there were lots of amenities (washer/dryer, dishwasher, stocked kitchen (except for food)) and more. QFC and Whole Foods are within walking distance (if you don't mind walking a bit less than a mile). If we didn't have friends to see outside of the city, we would not have needed to rent a car. My son met us there and took the train from the airport to the Westlake Station and then walked a few blocks to the property (parking in Seattle is a challenge . . . i.e. expensive!). It was a great location for what we needed and would recommend it to friends. In fact, it's a few blocks from the Starbucks Roastery (one of a kind). If you want to go to the Space Needle to see the Sunset (very beautiful), plan ahead. We tried to go on New Year's Day and they had sold out tickets until after Sunset, so we booked for the next day (you can book on line, at the location or using the Space Needle app). You can easily take the monorail from the Westlake Station (walking distance from the condo). We highly recommend the 3 restaurants we went to: Pink Door (on Post Alley), Poppy (on Broadway) and Elliott's Oysters (on Alaskan Way). If we had more time, we would have spent time at Discovery Park and Alki Beach Park. Other than the fact that it was 28 - 35 degrees the whole time (clear skies, but brrrrrr), we had a great time. As it turns out, my son's return flight was delayed, so he actually got to see the snow storm hit right as he was getting ready to leave. Great timing!

This apartment was in an excellent location! I walked and used uber to every place I went to around the city. The landlord was available every time I had a question or concern. I would definitely stay at this place again.

This was a wonderful apartment -- as spotless and allergen-free as promised. All the promised amenities were there. The washer/dryer was a big plus as we were able to pack light. The master bed was extremely comfortable. (I didn't ask my companions about the other beds, but didn't hear any complaints either.) Lots of natural light during the day. The kitchen is big enough for only one person at a time, but that's typical for an urban apartment. The rest of the apartment was spacious, and had more than enough room for 3 adults to relax without getting in each other's way. The location is great -- safe, and accessible to a variety of public transport options. Marc was an extremely warm, welcoming and accessible host. He responded to questions promptly. He generously allowed us into the apartment early, which made a huge difference after a cross-country flight, and was he waiting for us when we arrived. The only drawback: the floor boards in the hall outside the bedrooms & bath squeak loudly, so if you are a light sleeper, with travel companions who get up during the night, it may wake you up.

Everything from check in and check out and all in between went very well.

Marc was a great host. He monitored my overseas flight and greeted me early, noticing that my plane from overseas arrived early. The apartment was as described, CLEAN, WELL EQUIPPED, and has plenty of natural light. The apartment is conveniently located, and the amenities were great. The kitchen had every dish and utensil you could want, and there was a TV in the LR as well as the master bedroom. There were plenty of extra towels, and a big washer/dryer. It was a very comfortable setup for my week long business trip.

I stayed in this apartment while attending the University of Washington. It is about a 15 min. drive away. The area is quiet and I felt safe. The unit was very clean and the caretakers Anthony and Helen were very nice. I give high recommendations.

I have stayed the apartment for a month. It is a great experience. The apartment is quiet and clean with fresh linens. It is in a good location with restaurants and groceries nearby, easy to go to downtown an UW. We had jogging everyday along the lake. Yes, we had everything we needed. Marc is very nice. He was always there when we needed him. Everything is perfect. I would stay again next time.

It was clean and tidy with a well-stocked kitchen - sharp knives, unlike many places. Cute pocket patio in front is pleasant for morning coffee. Nice to have actual king size bed and there are two closets. Friendly owner lives in this two-story building and was available to answer our questions. Note: the #11 bus goes directly into heart of downtown, runs every 15 min., takes about 25 min. Avoids traffic and $$ parking. We plan to return for another "get-away" stay.

Clean, comfy, cozy - a table for two for eating, a table for my computer and papers, oversized couch and oversized bed, an oversized chair in a corner facing the lake (peek-a-boo view), two closets and a fully-equipped kitchen, I dropped into R&R mode. No TV needed in that location - between two lakeside parks, around the corner from the Cactus (I recommend their chicken fajitas and flan) and Bing's, Burt's Red Apple to fill your refrigerator - and the amazing corner pharmacy if you forgot anything. Marc has decorated the apartment with wonderful art. Friends who visited especially loved the small carved wooden boat topped with glass - a super unique coffee table. Marc was attentive and responsive - patiently helped me while a practiced the keypad entry lock and showed me how to lock and unlock the new windows. Truthfully, when my last night arrived - my sixth, I wished I were staying longer. This location is so central - access to the U district, Capitol Hill, Seattle Center, downtown - areas both north and south - it's all easy. I give it 5 stars.

If you are looking for an ideal location in the city of Seattle to spend time enjoying the city and all of its opportunities, then this is the place. The location is ideal. You are a short car or bus ride to downtown Seattle. Or if the local community is preferred, you are within walking distance to, shops, restaurants, or the beach. The unit is quiet and well equipped. The property owner is attentive to maintain a high standard of living for those staying in the unit. The furnished unit had all of the necessary items to enjoy an extended stay. I hope to have the opportunity to stay in this unit in the future.

Jane and Don enjoyed staying here because of the unit and the location. The apartment is comfortable and perfectly appointed. the kitchen is well equipped. We were able to host a dinner. The owner foresaw that we were there during a heat wave and provided an air conditioner. It worked well and we were grateful for his consideration. The location is great: within walking distance to shops, eateries, shore vistas and the beach. People were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is so welcoming. We had access to TV and Wi-Fi computer access. We are planning on coming back to stay here!

Stayed at the property through November 2015, it is a very nice property in great condition. Marc was a fantastic host and was always very helpful. There were several little touches, like iced beer glasses, that made the stay memorable. I definitely recommend.

My husband and I rented this condo for a month's stay in the city. The condo itself is cozy and nicely furnished. We were worried at first that it was too small for a month but it was truly perfect and spacious enough for 2 and on occasion 3 when our daughter stayed over. It had everything we could possible need (except food) already thoughtfully supplied. We were able to cook several meals and had everything we needed to do so. The washer and dryer are great and we loved the Jacuzzi tub - what a treat! The condo's location is in a great central spot from which to walk to Pike Market and all around down town. We could also walk up to Capitol Hill or to the new Starbucks Roastery. And it was quick and convenient to walk to a multitude of coffee shops and restaurants, several theaters, movies, Target, or various department stores. And it was a quick walk to hop on the monorail to go over to the Space Needle and events over there. We had a car but only used it when going farther from the city because it was so easy to walk. The owners were so nice and quick to respond to all of our questions. We hope to visit Seattle again soon and would love to stay here again.

I have stayed at this unit on two different occasions for several months each time. Not only is the unit nicely furnished but is well stocked with literally everything you could possibly need from hair dryers to paper clips. They have thought of every detail. In addition the location is as good as it gets. If you have a car you are within only a couple blocks from I-5. If you're walking you're literally on the edge of downtown and Capitol Hill. All kinds of restaurants, bars and coffee shops are only blocks away. Also it's right next to the Convention Center, which by the way has a FedEx Kinko's which is really handy. The owners have been a joy to deal with and are very responsive to any needs one might have. I hope to stay there again in the future!

Marc was a very helpful and responsive host. The condo is great-- it is literally right around the corner from the convention center (and anything else downtown), so super convenient. The place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed!

Stayed at the apartment for a month. It's in a wonderful location to explore the city on foot and if I needed to go any farther it was a cheap uber ride. It is in an older building but the apartment is nice and clean with fresh linens and a washer and dryer in unit which was amazing. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the basics which made cooking at home easy. It is well lit with natural light and everything is really well maintained. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely stay again.
